National Permanent Makeup Association (NPMUA) – Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
At the National Permanent Makeup Association (NPMUA), we are committed to delivering high-quality education and training in the field of permanent makeup. To maintain transparency and ensure clarity for all students, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy regarding tuition, course fees, and supply kits.

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Tuition Fees: All tuition payments for NPMUA courses are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. This policy applies regardless of whether the student attends, partially attends, or completes the course.

Course Fees: Fees associated with specific classes, workshops, or certification programs are non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows or partial participation.

Supply Kits: Each course includes a supply kit containing essential tools and hygienic items required for hands-on training. Due to sanitation regulations and health safety standards, supply kits are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened.

2. Cancellations by Students

If a student wishes to cancel their registration, they may do so at any time by submitting a written request via email to [insert official NPMUA email address].

However, no refunds will be issued for student-initiated cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel issues.

In some cases, NPMUA may allow students to transfer their enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability and administrative approval. A rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Cancellations by NPMUA

In the rare event that NPMUA must cancel a course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of the tuition and course fees paid.

Refunds in this case will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation notification.

4. Additional Terms

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the original form of payment.

NPMUA reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of registration will apply.

By enrolling in any NPMUA course, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in its entirety.
